Many LeasePlan companies are actively involved in local community projects and sponsorships. They also raise money to support children in less privileged countries through the LeasePlan ChildPlan initiative. Find out more about how LeasePlan contributes to communities around the world.
Building a sustainable future for LeasePlan is founded on sound business ethics and respect for our stakeholders and society. Our approach to corporate social responsibility begins with sound principles and practices. It extends to providing value-added fleet and driver mobility solutions to clients around the world. It also includes shouldering our corporate social responsibilities and making a difference, both in local communities and in society as whole.
At LeasePlan we recognise that vehicles are a significant source of emissions, which in turn contribute to global warming. We are keen to help minimise emissions from vehicle fleets and we actively support innovative ‘green’ mobility solutions. That’s why LeasePlan was the first leasing company in Europe to offer a 100% electric car, for example. It’s also the reason we developed GreenPlan: a global fleet management initiative which encourages our clients to contribute to a greener planet.
The LeasePlan Code of Conduct explains how we must approach our business dealings. The Code of Conduct is founded on sound business ethics and respect for stakeholders and society. Setting high standards give clients, suppliers and business partners the confidence to work with LeasePlan. The Code of Conduct guides all employees in their efforts to balance the interests of people, the planet and profit. When conducting business for LeasePlan, consultants, contractors, agents and joint venture partners are all expected to observe the same standards of conduct as LeasePlan employees.
