In 2021 we set out to Build Back Stronger - Deliver more value, perform better, be more tech savvy, grow ourselves and our people, and of course, build stronger relationships with you, our customers. As we enter a new year, we wanted to look back and say thank you for partnering with us.

Making the most of ePlan
  • FleetDesk Driver Care supported a record number of drivers this year, with a 20% increase in contacts while still maintaining an 87% first contact resolution rate.

  • Focused on proactively partnering and communicating with you through our monthly Client Connect meetings and our new Customer Pulse newsletter.

  • Introduced a new Emergency Roadside vendor for an enhanced driver experience and reduced pick-up times.

  • Partnered with a new Glass Repair vendor with added convenience and cost savings for recalibrations.

  • Implemented project keystone improvement efforts in License & Title.  Moved into a fully renovated title vault with new filing and retrieval process and technology.

  • Added 30 additional status codes to provide more insights into the vehicle delivery progression through  MyLeasePlan and ePlan.

  • Delivered LEAN training to 20% of the workforce to increase focus on process rigor, performance and predictability.

  • Reduced fleet incentives from OEMs
  • Continued high demand for pick-up trucks, SUVs
  • Upfit pricing increases
  • OOS dealer inventories low driving higher prices

In service costs

  • Maintenance costs up 3+% due to parts supply/wage inflation
  • Aging fleet - increased service/tires
  • Elevated fuel prices through 22

OEM guidance

  • Microchip shortage will improve but not be resolved
  • Supply pressures expected through 2022 possibly early 2023
  • Pent up demand will exceed MY22 supply


  • Resale prices remain strong
  • Pick-ups and crossovers experiencing the least depreciation
  • Expect skewed supply/demand ratio into 2023 for used vehicles
