How do I set up my charge card?
You do not have to activate the charge card. It is ready for use when you receive it. You do have to connect the charge card to your charging station. You can do this via the website or app of the supplier of the charging station. This way the power consumption of the car can be reimbursed to you.
Why did I receive two cards?
During the week before your electric car arrives, you will receive a fuel card and a charge card. You will only need to use the fuel card if your electric car is temporarily replaced during maintenance or repair with a non-electric vehicle.
