As we come to the end of 2020 and begin looking at the new year, we want to announce an important change regarding our LeasePlan USA leadership team.

Effective late January 2021, Debbie Boyce, our Executive Vice President, Operations, will be moving to Indianapolis. Unfortunately, as part of this move, Debbie will be leaving LeasePlan. This is a bittersweet moment for team LeasePlan, as Debbie has played a critical role in the Operations group and our company’s overall strategy since she joined in 2018.

“While I’m disappointed to be losing Debbie from our team, I also fully respect and understand the step she is taking for herself and her family. I want to thank Debbie for everything she has done for our customers, our people and our partners. I am also thankful for the strength she has built into the Operations team which will be important for us in the months and years to come,” Matt Dyer, CEO and President LeasePlan USA said.

Debbie will work with her team to complete important initiatives throughout the month of January. We will begin the process of recruiting a successor for Debbie. In the interim period, our current Operations leaders will work with the Executive Leadership team to ensure we keep delivering and improving for all our clients and drivers.

“I will always treasure my time with LeasePlan. This decision hasn’t been an easy one, but I know that the transition is right as my family starts a new journey in Indianapolis! While I’m sad to say goodbye to such an incredible team, I have full confidence that the Operations group will continue to perform above-and-beyond to take care of our business. I wish the LeasePlan community—colleagues, clients and partners—the best of luck as you continue to pursue what’s next in the fleet industry,” Debbie Boyce said.

We are so proud of Debbie and how she’s handled this difficult decision, and we are excited for what is to come in her personal and professional journey. She will be missed and we wish her well for the future.
