The Manager of Consultancy Services will work with the Client Success VP’s, Account Managers, and Business Development VP’s to develop and implement a consulting strategy for all strategic clients and prospects. Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to the Analytical Consultants on the team, including regular informal discussions on ongoing projects, coaching meetings on how to improve performance and semi-annual performance reviews.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage consultancy request and approval process in Salesforce.
  • Improve utilization of proprietary (Client, LPUS, LP) and industry data to support client decision making processes.
  • Uses standard reporting software tools to extract, manipulate, and format data required for analytical reporting.
  • Analyze and interpret information to determine cause & effect factors and identifies trends relating to operation performance and / or can be used in predictive modeling.
  • Provide specific recommendations based on sound logical and knowledge of fleet operations and industry trends.
  • Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.

 OTHER DUTIES

  • Follows data mining techniques to gather relevant information from client and entire client data sets for internal and external benchmarking purposes to leverage best practices.
  • Actively pursues best practices in the area of analytics and related technical areas by leveraging available formal (classroom or online training, industry events) and informal (existing team resources, independent research) resources for the consultancy team.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is in Alpharetta, GA and operates in a professional office environment.

POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE

This is a Full-time position and hours of work are Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

TRAVEL

Travel is expected less than 25%MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Master’s in Business field preferred.
  • 5+ years in quantitative roles in Fleet Management/Financial Services/Banking field.
  • Demonstrates technical proficiency in using systems and data. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPivot. Proficiency with creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SQL and ad hoc report development
  • Communication skills that extend to both internal and external customers and portray the knowledge, confidence, and meticulousness of a manager in an information providing department.
  • Tactfully handle multiple competing longer and shorter term timelines, while working with all team members and direct reports to ensure service excellence towards all work.
  • Ability to explain data trends through understanding of client operational and fleet financial business data levers and underlying root causes.
