Essential Functions

• Review profitability reports related to leased assets for accurate monthly posting, including interest margin analysis, gross profit and fees and Opex.

• Ensure processes and controls are in place to deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual results.

• Ensure all accounting treatment is in compliance with Corporate ARM and/or IFRS.

• Help liaise with and manage quarterly and annual external audit processes.

• Ensure all general ledger balance sheet reconciliations are completed monthly and reviewed. Director will have full responsibility for ensuring reconciliations are current and accurate. Support staff in reconciling any outstanding items.

• Proactively report to SVP, Corporate Controller items identified in the balance sheet reconciliations to identify and reduce risk and identify opportunities for improvements.

• Manage supervisors and staff to assure areas are staffed properly and running efficiently.

• Provide commentary and flux analysis monthly for Monthly Results review meeting


• Effectively manages and uses time, delegating tasks and responsibilities, juggling competing priorities.

Job Specifications

Leadership Responsibility: This position’s leadership responsibilities involve displaying drive and purpose, developing adaptability, increasing your capacity to learn and increasing self-awareness.

Work Environment: This position is in Alpharetta, GA and operates in a professional office environment.

Position Type/Standard Schedule: This is a Full-time position and hours of work are Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferable.

• CPA active license is required.

• Minimum 5 years experience in an accounting management role, with a team of at least 6 staff.

• Accounting and research skills. Excellent customer service skill.

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

• Good communication (verbal, written) skills. Detail oriented and thorough.
