OBJECTIVE 

The Account Manager is responsible to provide the client with a proactive consultative approach to managing their fleet performance along with making recommendations for cost containment and maintaining LeasePlan’s ROE. Manage the Business Relationship with clients, including managing the client’s expectations of LeasePlan service levels. Provide client with recommendations, complete with needed processes, to streamline activities, control costs, or enhance the client experience with LeasePlan USA. Manage client’s requirements to ensure compliance throughout the business 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

  • Analyze reporting to Clients based on client’s requirements which will lead to policy adherence for MyFleetSolutions clients. 

  • Oversee communication to drivers to drive cost containment using an effective model for MyFleetSolutions clients. 

  • Support Client Success with Business Reviews to clients, including service goals, costs, cost reduction opportunities, daily maintenance, including client requirements opportunities, and overall relationship management. 

  • Insure data integrity for all billing and reports provided to clients. 

  • Identify and present to client opportunities to increase product penetration with clients. 

  • Support New Client activation for all clients assigned to personal portfolio. 

  • Be proficient in, and use extensively all LP systems including ePlan, Remedy/ResponsePlan and The Client Management Tool. 

  • Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency and client satisfaction. 

OTHER DUTIES 

  • Ensure that departmental processes are designed and implemented in a way to mitigate operational risks / losses. 

  • Earn Certification in the Client Services 12 Elements training module. 

  • Take and pass 2 classes offered through the LP Academy either on-line or classroom. 

  • Be actively involved in all Living Group meetings and when applicable take a leadership role. 

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

This position is in Alpharetta, GA and Rolling Meadows, IL and operates in a professional office environment. 

POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE 

This is a Full-time position and hours of work are Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.  

TRAVEL 

List if percentage of travel time expected for the position, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight. (For example: No travel is expected for this position or % of travel required.)  

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience. 

  • Minimum of 4 years Customer Service or Sales experience. 

  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in verbal and written communication. 

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel required, PowerPoint preferred). 

  • Self-motivated. 

  • Ability to plan and execute to obtain desired results.
