OBJECTIVE

The Client Onboarding Administrator will be responsible for supporting all areas of the Client Onboarding team by actively coordinating and onboarding LeasePlan’s new and existing client accounts. Ensure that clients are prepared for the onboarding meetings, provide onboarding support, ensure goals are met, and maintains constant communication with internal and external team members. Work with supervision on assigned tasks and is responsible for the overall success of new and existing client onboarding.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Collaborates with the Client Onboarding Analyst or Manager to ensure that implementations are moving in accordance with the contract deliverables and project timeline.
  • Coordinates and schedule onboarding meetings which includes preparing the agenda, taking meeting minutes, documenting action items, and gathering team member list information.
  • Partners with the appropriate internal departments to ensure timely closure of open action items that arise during the implementation process.
  • Manages the setup and validation of ePlan users and passwords prior to distribution to new users.
  • Assists the Client Onboarding Analyst of unit loads for 3rd party loads, new and existing client loads needed.
  • Assists with one off service additions, assist with Network setups and name changes for existing clients.
  • Utilization and proficiency in LeasePlan systems; including CASE, ePlan, AS400, Remedy/ResponsePlan, and LPRMS Client Card.
  • Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.

 OTHER DUTIES

  • Analyzes client’s vehicle inventory in large data sets. Manipulate and prepare the inventory for loading into ePlan (LeasePlan’s online client inventory program).
  • Maintains implementation materials and ensure all client’s documentation is stored on the shared drive.
  • Maintains knowledge of all LeasePlan’s service offering, industry-related news and internal changes with clients.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY

This position has no leadership responsibilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is in Alpharetta, GA and Rolling Meadows, IL and operates in a professional environment.

POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE

This is a Full-time position and hours of work are Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with occasional overtime as needed.

TRAVEL

No travel is expected for this position.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of previous experience working in an office environment, including some customer service experience.
  • Computer knowledge, i.e. Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written) skills including good telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively, use time wisely and avoid distractions to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
