COVID-19 measures

As you will undoubtedly be aware, the World Health Organisation has now officially declared that the Coronavirus is a pandemic. Although we’re not in the office, LeasePlan is open.

Over the past few weeks, we have worked hard both internally and with our network of trusted suppliers to ensure that we can continue to provide the best service possible to keep you safely on the road and to support limiting spreading the virus.

If you have questions, please contact us as usual on 08-470 26 00 or minbil@leaseplan.se. We will do everythingpossible to handle your questions as quickly and efficiently as possible, but we also askfor your understanding if it takes a little longer than usual to get answersduring this period.

Vehicle service requests

LeasePlan's contract workshops work as usual in the current situation and you can easily book a time that fits by logging into My LeasePlan.

If you have urgent needs around your vehicle, ie vehicle breakdown, accident handling or inspection, please contact us as usual by calling 08-470 26 00 or by emailing us at minbil@leaseplan.se. You can also execute most cases by logging into My LeasePlan.

We will keep interested parties informed if we receive information from our partners that affects the operation of your LeasePlan car.
