COVID-19 measures

As you will undoubtedly be aware, the World Health Organisation has now officially declared that the Coronavirus is a pandemic. Although we’re not in the office, LeasePlan is open.

Over the past few weeks, we have worked hard both internally and with our network of trusted suppliers to ensure that we can continue to provide the best service possible to keep you safely on the road and to support limiting spreading the virus.

If you have questions, please contact us as usual on 08-470 26 00 or minbil@leaseplan.se. We will do everything possible to handle your questions as quickly and efficiently as possible, but we also ask for your understanding if it takes a little longer than usual to get answers during this period.

Vehicle service requests

LeasePlan's contract workshops work as usual in the current situation and you can easily book a time that fits by logging into My LeasePlan.

If you have urgent needs around your vehicle, ie vehicle breakdown, accident handling or inspection, please contact us as usual by calling 08-470 26 00 or by emailing us at minbil@leaseplan.se. You can also execute most cases by logging into My LeasePlan.

We will keep interested parties informed if we receive information from our partners that affects the operation of your LeasePlan car.

We will keep interested parties informed if we receive information from our partners that affects the operation of your LeasePlan car.Delivery of new/temporary vehicles LeasePlan has no indication in the current situation that delivery of a new car will be affected. We will keep interested parties informed if we receive information from our partners that affects the operation of your LeasePlan car.Road side assistance Our road side assistance is available as usual, please contact us by calling 08-470 26 00.Tyres LeasePlan’s tyre fitter suppliers operate as usual in the current situation and you will get a suggested time slot from the fitter where you store your tyres. If you need to know where your tyres are stored please log in to [My LeasePlan](targetSelf:https://myfleet.leaseplan.se/login.asp). There is however a lot of cars that need a seasonal change in a short period of time so to minimise the risk of spreading the virus, fitters may schedule more time between every change to secure good hygiene. Cars running on studded tyres will be prioritised. We will keep you informed if we receive information from our tyre fitter suppliers that affects the switch to summer tires. Due to the prevailing situation regarding the spread of Covid-19, the Swedish Transport Authority has decided to allow studded tyres until 30 April 2020.
