You can claim reimbursement for your costs through My LeasePlan. Fill in the form for expenses under Document and send it to us together with your original receipts.

Arrow downWhen will I receive the declared cost?

When you submit a claim, we ensure that it is paid out as quickly as possible.

If the claim refers to fuel costs, you need to send in your documentation by the month following. Payouts are made on the 15th of each month. For other expenses, you should have your money on your account within 10 to 15 business days.
