A new portal for fleet managers
LeasePlan, the national leader in the car-as-a-service and mobility solutions market, has just launched My Fleet, a completely renewed, more intuitive and user friendly tool for online reporting of the fleet, which simplifies management and gives customers greater autonomy and control over their fleet data.
My Fleet has a customizable homepage in order to always have everything that is relevant for each user, for their fleet and drivers. This tool gives a clear overview of all fleet operations with the necessary information about drivers and the current status of contracts and vehicles. It is also possible to build customized reports within the scope of the fleet, ordered vehicles, claims, maintenance, among others. The Analysis pages allows to choose graphics, providing information about the fleet, renewals and orders, maintenance and fuel consumption. All reports can be exported to excel allowing the fleet manager to continue to analyze and work with the data. With just a few clicks, clients have access to various consultancy analyzes and studies - white papers, benchmarks, good practices, among others.
Although we already provide very complete and distinctive reporting tools in the Portuguese market, such as the Management Report and the Loss Report, My Fleet reinforces a strategy of providing management information to our Clients, which is appropriate and supportive in the decision-making process.
