LeasePlan wins 2nd place in the Excellence Index 2019
LeasePlan Portugal, the national leader in the car-as-a-service and mobility solutions market, was the winner of the Excellence Index 2019 for companies with more than 251 employees - Large Companies category. The winners of the 4th edition of this study were known yesterday at a ceremony held in Lisbon.
The Excellence Index is a study of the organizational climate and human capital development carried out by Neves de Almeida | HR Consulting in partnership with INDEG-ISCTE and the publications Human Resources Portugal and Executive Digest. It is a distinction to the entities that invest the most and bet in the valorization of Human Resources. The choice is based on quantitative and qualitative criteria, which include questionnaires to employees, statistical analyzes and surveys to top management.
