How do I make or reschedule a maintenance appointment?
As a driver, you are responsible for ensuring the maintenance of your car. We have a set of innovative services for you, to arrange these procedures more easily.
Look up our preferential network of certified partners on the Oficina Fácil platform and arrange maintenance and a replacement vehicle quickly, easily and very conveniently! Alternatively, you can contact the Support Line: 800 20 42 98 in Portugal (cost-free call) or +351 214 40 09 10 abroad (national fixed-line network cost call). Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Where can I go for maintenance?
Go to the Oficina Fácil platform and schedule your procedure and the replacement vehicle in one go, choosing the date and time at your convenience. This way, you do not need to waste time finding a good garage, looking up the contact details and calling to arrange it.
Who pays for maintenance costs?
In most cases, LeasePlan pays for the maintenance. You can find out whether maintenance is covered in the terms and conditions of your contract.
When does my car need maintenance?
You can find out when the car needs maintenance in the instruction booklet of the car or in the instructions panel.
