If I have an accident, what should I do?
You can report the accident to LeasePlan in the driver's area. Enter your driver details, go to the 'My services' menu and select 'Report accident'. You can also use the LeasePlan mobile App to report the accident.
If you do not have insurance with LeasePlan, contact your insurer or go to the Portuguese Insurers’ Association e-SEGURNET App home page).

Should I report the accident to the police?
Make a declaration If your car was damaged by a break-in, vandalism, theft, or an unknown counterparty, please report this to the police.
