First, report the damage. Then, you can easily schedule a repair appointment via the My LeasePlan portal or the My LeasePlan app.

Drive-In Assessment

If you have LeasePlan Insurance, you can use the Drive-In Assessment service in the Lisbon and Oporto region (working days between 08:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.). This means that, if you have an accident, your vehicle will be assessed in just a few minutes.

To get an Assessment, please call LeasePlan's Support Line (800 20 42 98) and make an appointment. On the day of the appointment, go to the collision centre indicated by LeasePlan and the assessment will be completed within about half an hour.

You can also view the list of garages offering Drive-In Assessment on the Oficina Fácil platform.

Our network of auto repair service providers has national coverage. Once you report your damage to us, we will find a repairer in your area that meets our quality requirements. 

From a crack in the windscreen to a dent in the door, damage can be frustrating. And it can sometimes be dangerous. Our repair centers offer quick, professional assistance. So, you can be on your way as quickly as possible.

Look up our preferential network of partners on the Oficina Fácil platform and arrange your repair via the Support Line 800 20 42 98.
