Do I have a deductible?
It depends on the agreements made with the contract holder. Your car scheme or lease agreement includes this information. If you do have a deductible, it will be settled with the contract holder.
Who pays for the costs in case of damage repair?
In almost all cases, we pay for the damage repair. However, in certain instances, you will be responsible for the repair cost. Your costs are outlined in the general conditions of your contract.
