Arrow downIf I have an accident, what should I do?

You can report the accident to LeasePlan in the driver's area. Enter your driver details, go to the 'My services' menu and select 'Report accident'. You can also use the LeasePlan mobile App to report the accident.

If you do not have insurance with LeasePlan, contact your insurer or go to the Portuguese Insurers’ Association e-SEGURNET App home page).

Make a declaration If your car was damaged by a break-in, vandalism, theft, or an unknown counterparty, please report this to the police.

Reporting damage Don't forget to also report the damage to us within 48 hours via MyLeasePlan portal, page Report accident or LeasePlan Portugal mobile App.
