Find out the services usually available at car workshops:
- Preventive maintenance: Scheduled services by the car manufacturer
- Corrective maintenance: Unforeseen repairs resulting from breakdowns or wear and tear of the car
- Mechanical: Any malfunction occurring in the vehicle
- Tyres: Assembly, alignment, calibration and flat tyre repair
- Glass replacement and repair
- Rapid services: Replacement of lights, wiper blades, brake pads, fill up oil level or AdBlue level
LeasePlan has its own network of suppliers, duly classified and regularly audited, on which cars have to be assisted and which ensure rapid care with certified quality.
Whenever you need to go to a workshop, our drivers should consult LeasePlan to be forwarded to our preferential network according to the scope of intervention.

Frequently asked questions
LeasePlan uses its own supplier network. The customer may choose from within this network.
Interventions must be carried out at a supplier on the LeasePlan network.
The driver must check the warning lights on the dashboard and, according to the latter, use the Oficina Fácil platform or the LeasePlan App to book the service. You can also contact the LeasePlan Driver Helpline on 800 20 42 98 in Portugal or +351 21 370 31 23 abroad.
If this is contracted you should:
Book an appointment directly at one of the workshops approved by LeasePlan for this purpose. List of approved workshops available by ringing 800 20 42 98 or at the Oficina Fácil platform;
Go to the workshop.
1.Always fill in the Amicable Settlement Form for Car Accidents;
2.Contact the LeasePlan Driver Helpline on 800 20 42 98;
3.Hand in the Amicable Settlement Form for Car Accidents at the workshop where the repair has been booked.Book the intervention for the day and time desired at the Oficina Fácil platform. You can also ask for a replacement vehicle, if contracted. If you prefer, you can contact LeasePlan on 800 20 42 98. If the driver is not in the country you should contact LeasePlan on +351 21 446 88 94;
Go to the workshop.
- Make the appointment by contacting LeasePlan through 800 20 42 98;
- Contact LeasePlan to supply a replacement car, if contracted;
- Go to the workshop;
- If applicable, make sure that the MOT inspection is recorded in the inspection book.
- If the car is immobilised or if a fault warning light is activated and the car's instruction manual advises immobilisation;
- Contact the LeasePlan Driver Support Line on 800 20 42 98 in Portugal, or +351 21 370 31 23 abroad, for road assistance and replacement vehicle, if hired.
