COVID-19 updates
Keep people safe and business moving
In response to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic, SG Fleet / LeasePlan will protect the health and wellbeing of our people, while continuing to provide quality service to our customers.
Under the government’s COVID-19 Protection Framework, there may be some impacts on you and your business from time to time, however we will always keep you moving as best we can.
Continuity of service
We will take a measured, cautious approach to ensure that we are operating safely and effectively, adhering to government guidelines as they apply to each location, and provide strong continuity of service to our customers.
We can successfully manage a mix of work / home working conditions for our staff, depending on the ’traffic lights’ that apply in their locations.
Servicing and repairs
Our supply partners are working hard to provide the best possible services to you and your vehicles, within the guidelines of the COVID-19 traffic light system.
You can engage our supplier partners for vehicle services as normal, however it is recommended that you:
- Call ahead to confirm availability of service
- Follow any advice from the supplier regarding their COVID Safety Plan (e.g. provision of vaccination certificates, social distancing, contactless transactions etc.)
- Follow the government advice regarding scanning or record keeping, the wearing of face masks and social distancing as required where alert levels apply
