Arrow downWhat should I do with the toll tag/ toll subscription when the car is to be returned?

If LeasePlan manages the toll subscription on behalf of the company, the tag can remain in the car when it is returned, and the subscription will be terminated by LeasePlan. When ordering a new car, a new toll tag must also be ordered.If the customer manages the toll subscription, the customer is responsible for terminating/transferring the subscription to a new car.Please contact LeasePlan or your company's fleet manager if you are uncertain about who is responsible for managing the toll subscription.

Arrow downWhat do I have to do when it's time to return my car?

There are three different ways to return your car.

1. Return directly to LeasePlan's Used Car Centre
You can always return the car directly to LeasePlan's Used Car Centre, Exporama-Senteret, Kragerudveien 80, Hellerudsletta, 2013 Skjetten (Between 08:00 og 16:00). Phone: +47 93 28 00 39.

2. Return within Oslo/Akershus
The car can be collected from either the workplace or from the car dealer from where the car was delivered.
If you would like the car to be collected from your workplace, the Viking Redningstjeneste (rescue service) will contact the registered contact person to arrange a collection time. The normal response time is 48 hours.
This service costs NOK 750 (excl. VAT) and will be charged to the car account.
If the car is returned to the car dealer, LeasePlan will handle it in accordance with the received order. This service costs NOK 550 (excl. VAT) and will be charged to the car account.
The collection service should be booked on a separate form in the LeasePlan app when the car is ready for collection.
You can also send a mail to kundeservice@leaseplan.no with your contact info, reg nr of car, pick up location (address, post nr), Contact person for the pick up location (name, contact info), the cars mileage and if the car is driveable.

3. Return outside Oslo/Akershus
If the car is to be returned outside of Oslo/Akershus, it must be returned to the location specified in the notification letter, or in the same town it was collected when it was new. The car account will be charged freight costs if the car is returned outside the town in which it was collected.
The collection service should be booked on a separate form in the LeasePlan app when the car is ready for collection.
