It is important to remember the following:The card is connected to just one car and must therefore not be used to refuel other cars.It is important that you do not store the card and code together.The correct mileage must be entered when refuelling. This is important so that LeasePlan can check that the number of kilometres actually driven do not exceed the budgeted mileage.The card can only be used for fuel, car wash and vehicle/auto consumables (screen wash, etc.)When returning the car, the card must not be used again and may be destroyed. The fuel card linked with the car you return will be automatically blocked.

Arrow downWhat should I do if I have entered the wrong code on my fuel card and the card is blocked?

In the event of a wrong entry, fuel cards from Esso, Shell and YX unblock automatically after 24 hours. Circle K-cards must be unblocked by LeasePlan.

Your code is personal. If you have lost/forgotten the code, you must contact LeasePlan's fuel department to be issued with a new card.A new card will be issued on the same day that the fuel department receives your request.The card may either be collected or sent via post.Send an e-mail regarding card type, address and registration number.You can also send a text message with the code word KORT [registration number][your message] to 09245.

The card must be blocked immediately. 24-hour card blocking service: send a text message to 09 245with the code word SPERRE KORT [registration number].A new card will be issued on the same day that the fuel department receives your request.The card may either be collected or sent via post.Send an e-mail regarding card type, address and registration number to oru fuel department.

The rental car replaces the existing leased car for a brief period:You may use the fuel card you already have.It is important to enter 999 in the mileage when refuelling the rental carRental car for a longer period:If you wish, you can obtain a new fuel card that may only be used for this car.When the rental car is returned, this card will be automatically blocked by LeasePlan.
