What happens if there is a delay on the new car I have ordered?
Please contact us if you already have a leased car with us, as it may be possible to extend the leasing period until the new car arrives.
It is also possible to lease a used car until the car you have ordered arrives. Please contact us regarding the type of car, and we can come up with a solution
What is the delivery time for new cars?
If you rely on a car, aim for a fixed monthly price, or have specific model and equipment requirements for your car, you should start the car ordering process early.
To ensure that we can deliver the right car at the right time, we recommend that you start the ordering process already 9-12 months before the desired delivery date.
How does the delivery of the car work?
The driver and the dealer agree on a time for the delivery of the leased vehicle. The service card is sent to the driver after LeasePlan has received information from the dealer that the vehicle has been delivered.
