Service

LeasePlan helps you to book service

Servicing shall be carried at the intervals specified in the car's service manual or as displayed on the car's digital service indicator.

If your car needs a service, you can book one by calling us on +47 23 06 98 00 (select 4) or filling in the booking form found by clicking on the button below. We will help you to find the best contractual workshop in your area and we will book an appointment for you. We can also ensure that you receive a reminder by SMS the day before your agreed service date. Our nationwide service network will ensure that you receive priority and top quality.

Service card

If service and maintenance are included in your leasing contract, LeasePlan will send you a service card. The card number is linked to the car, and it provides identification to show that your company car is managed by LeasePlan. This card shall be used to requisition goods and services relating to servicing, maintenance, changing tyres and other services which come under the normal running of your car.

You should show your service card each time you visit a workshop in order to ensure that invoices are made out to LeasePlan.

Digital service card and list of workshops

Start using the LeasePlan app for drivers to obtain access to your digital service card and a list of our recommended workshops, etc. You will find this under “Service” or “Suppliers” in the hamburger menu in the left-hand corner.

Don’t have an app user? Everyone driving a company car from LeasePlan may use the app for their vehicle. You will be required to complete first-time registration by providing your name, e-mail address and order number (service card number).

EU Control

LeasePlan helps you to book EU control

New rules about when your car will need an EU control came into force in February 2019. Previously the last numbers of your registration number governed when your car would need to be submitted for a control . These new rules mean that EU controls can now be undertaken when you want, provided that your car has been approved by the control deadline. The control deadline is final.

In practice this means that the control deadline which applied during the transition will apply until you have had a new control. After that you will be given a new deadline based on the date on which your control was carried out. The control intervals will remain the same as at present, i.e. private vehicles shall be control for the first time after four years and subsequently every other year, while vehicles weighing over 7,500 kg shall be control every year.
