Damage report forms

  1.  
    Single car accident,

    Accidents which only cause damage to your car are reported as being single car accident.

  2.  
    Collision damages

    In case of accidents involving several parties (car / property / asset, etc.), the European Damage Report should be completed, preferably jointly at the scene of the injury. Please take pictures from the scene of the accident and the car(s) and send everything to us at forsikring@leaseplan.no.

    Vandalism/fire

    These kind of incidents should always be reported to the police near where the damage occurs. The driver can report the incident in his/her capacity as the party responsible for the car LeasePlan must obtain a copy of the report.

    Theft of vehicle

    These kind of incidents should always be reported to the police near where the damage occurs. The driver can report the incident in his/her capacity as the party responsible for the car LeasePlan must obtain a copy of the report.

    Burglary/theft from a vehicle

    Damage report form is completed at the workshop which sends this to LeasePlan.

Our contractual workshops

LeasePlan has agreements with a number of vehicle repair workshops. If your car has been damaged, you must send notification of your claim to LeasePlan as quickly as possible.
You should ring the workshop yourself and make an appointment. Please remember to tell the workshop that your car is a LeasePlan car and that the workshop should contact LeasePlan for an assessment before starting repair work on the car.

Stone chips

It is important that stone chips are repaired as quickly as possible, otherwise it is often necessary to replace the whole windscreen.

If the windscreen has a stone chip you should use a stone chip plaster to protect damage caused by the stone chip from dirt and moisture. The plaster will protect the glass until you deliver the car to one of our contractual suppliers to have the damage repaired.

Green Card

Will you be driving far?
Some countries in Europe require a Green Card in addition to your driving licence as proof that you have third party insurance. You can obtain this card from your insurance company.
