Glass damage
Damage report form is completed at the workshop which sends this to LeasePlan.
It is important that rubble damage is repaired as early as possible, otherwise the entire glass will often have to be replaced.
If your car has gotten rubble damage, you should use a rock patch to protect the damage from dirt and moisture. The patch protects the glass until you reach one of our suppliers to have the damage repaired.
LeasePlan has agreements with a number of vehicle repair workshops. If your car has been damaged, you must send notification of your claim to LeasePlan as quickly as possible. You should ring the workshop yourself and make an appointment. Please remember to tell the workshop that your car is a LeasePlan car and that the workshop should contact LeasePlan for an assessment before starting repair work on the car.
