COVID-19 measures

As you will undoubtedly be aware, the World Health Organisation has now officially declared that the Coronavirus is a pandemic. Also in Norway, there are drastic changes every day and new messages from the Authorities. Luckily, there are still a lot of people working to keep the wheels running, so that we can continue to provide the best service possible in the weeks ahead.

A lot is paused, but in several places many work for everyday life. Our suppliers and the workshop site are currently open, have taken their precautions but have the capacity to take work.

Most things usually works as normal with us, even though we operate from home. To make sure you can keep your car in operation, LeasePlan has created a brief overview and action plan on the questions we receive from drivers with a LeasePlan car. If you need services related to your car, such as: Repair of damage, service & maintenance, fuel card, tire change, or wondering about returning or ordering of a new car, you can find information below or contact us through the forms under My Leasing Car section of the web page.

The government strongly urge people to help stop the infection by staying home. If your car needs service or you need to change tires now that its spring, we want you to get this done if possible. Our suppliers stay open and have capacity, and of course they have taken their precautions on infection control. It is important to maintain service intervals in order to have a valid car warranty. Many car manufacturers are now closing their factories around the world. This results in production stops of cars. The best thing to do now is to continue driving the car you have.It is uncertain when a new order can be implemented and the Norwegian krone has never been more expensive. We ask that most people stay calm and await the situation.
