Return your car in just a few steps
- Preparing for return
The vehicle should be returned cleaned inside and outside (carwash). The electricity level does not need to be completed but reserve light should not be on.
Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle (keys, garage fob, glasses, CDs, electronic tolls, etc.) and also delete all your private information (GPS addresses, deletion of mobile application accounts linked to the vehicle by you or the manufacturer, etc.) before you return it.
Don’t forget to bring back all the elements that have been delivered with the vehicle (keys, cards, charging cables...).

Inspections are carried out by an independent DEKRA* inspector. He will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your booking arrangements. Please make an appointment at least 48 hours in advance.(*) By submitting this form, the customer expressly and unequivocally consents to the transfer of his/her personal data to the service provider DEKRA for the purpose of returning the vehicle(s). In accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the GDPR, consent may be freely revoked at any time at the request of the person concerned.
