Who can drive my vehicle?
In terms of insurance, all drivers may drive the vehicle as long as they have a valid driving licence and meet the requirements of the highway code. However, it is important to make sure that the Car-Policy set up by your employer authorises the driving of company vehicles by external persons.
Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?
We really prefer that you don’t smoke in our cars. But we cannot forbid this. Please remember that the lease car must be returned to us completely clean and without any (interior) damage.
Where and how can I submit my mileage?
In order to provide you with the best service, it is important to keep your mileage up to date. Please contact our FIRST team at (+352) 40 44 11 11 | email@example.com with your last mileage.
Who pays for my fines?
The fines are sent to LeasePlan (the official owner of the vehicle). We then send them to the user of the vehicle, who is also the one who has to pay the tickets. We recommend that you follow up the fines quickly to avoid reminders and the additional costs that would result from this.
What are my responsibilities as a driver?
As a "good family man", use your vehicle in accordance with its purpose and in compliance with the operating and maintenance regulations. Pay attention to the water and oil levels and keep a watchful eye on the warning lights on the dashboard. It's also a good idea to check tyre pressure regularly.

What should I do if I have lost my fuel card or forgotten my card code?
If you have lost your fuel card or the card code, you can call our FIRST service on (+352) 40 44 11 11 or fill in the fuel card form here. We will give you the number associated with your fuel card or send you a new fuel card.
