If your car is no longer driveable or poses a safety risk, immediately contact roadside assistance, provided by the ACL (Automobile Club du Luxembourg), at (+352) 40 71 40 for 24/7 (roadside assistance is included in the Lease Plus rental).
Good to know:
In case of a two-sided incident (involving another road user), make sure to complete a European accident form and try to take a photograph of the other party’s vehicle. Make sure the licence plate is visible in this picture. Such photographs may be needed for the claim’s file. In addition, you can easily report damage involving two parties via our FIRST service (+352) 40 44 11 11 | email@example.com.

Has your car been broken into or stolen? Please always file a report with the police.
