As already announced, it was necessary for ALD to proceed with the sale of ALD's subsidiaries in Ireland, Portugal and Norway, as well as LeasePlan's subsidiaries in Luxembourg, Finland and the Czech Republic in order to complete the acquisition of LeasePlan. More information: here
Leasys, a strong new shareholder with significant financial and operational resources, has been approved and validated to invest in LeasePlan Luxembourg's activities. LeasePlan has been active in the Grand Duchy for 35 years and will thus strengthen its ambitions to be the reference player in mobility in Luxembourg for companies and individuals.
