As you know, we are currently experiencing an exceptional situation as the World Health Organisation has officially declared that the COVID-19 is a pandemic. 

Activity continuity

To keep our clients, partners and colleagues safe, and to ensure we keep our organisation running smoothly, we have decided to adapt on-site team and activity to the essentials. To this end, teleworking has been implemented on a structural basis for all of our employees. We are aware of our responsibility and must therefore act in an exemplary manner. Taking this step will ensure we can protect everyone, while providing you with the best possible service.

Also, and given the current context, some activities could be rescheduled at a later date. If possible, we also recommend postponing, for example, deliveries, returns and other appointments related to vehicle management.

It is our individual and collective responsibility to contain the spread of this virus.

Do you have any questions? We are at your side every weekday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  • If you have a roadside breakdown, first call our roadside assistance service on (+352) 40 71 40 in order to arrange for repairs

    We will make every effort to handle your request quickly and efficiently.  Nevertheless, given the situation, we may ask for your patience and understanding in the event of longer delays.

Account support

Despite the adaptation of our system, your satisfaction remains at the heart of our concerns. Your Commercial Team is still on-hand and fully available per e-mail / phone to support you and do our utmost to ensure our quality of service.

If you need to extend your contracts or need flexible solutions to guarantee your mobility, your contact persons will try to find the right solutions.
