  • Our Commercial Team is looking for a new colleague as Client Account, with permanent contract and the role description detailed below.

    Main responsibilities are:

  • Daily support for Client Managers in managing the client portfolio.
  • Opening CRM cases for client requests addressed to different departments (e.g. purchasing, remarketing, etc).
  • Preparation and updating of commercial offers and contractual documentation.
  •  

    To be able to achieve all of this you need to have:

  • University Degree – economical or technical field.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar position or administrative role, preferably in leasing or automotive industry.

  • English language - intermediate level
  • Team player orientation, with a collaborative approach to working with internal departments
  • Independent, results-driven mind, self-thinking.
  • Management of local and international tenders by issuing offers, centralizing them, and uploading them on the requested platforms within the agreed deadlines.
  • Entry and update of data in Miles, CRM/SF for clients from the portfolio of allocated Account Manager.
  • Support for invoicing / transmission of intermediary invoices and account statement files according to agreed flows with clients.
  • Management of the MyAyvens application to ensure account activation according to client requests.
  • Communication with internal departments (operations, legal, finance, etc.) to validate information and monitor the resolution of client requests.
  • Monitoring and reporting the status of deliveries, implementations, returns, and other commercial activities involving client portfolio management.
  • Ensuring compliance with commitments made to clients.
  • Participation in the preparation of presentations, reports, and commercial analyses for internal and external meetings.
  • Archiving and management of commercial documents according to internal procedures.
  • Professional communication with clients upon request and on behalf of the allocated Account Manager.
