Main responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze and improve costs to achieve cost efficiency
  • Provides the FP&A team and the Management team with valuable reports and insight into the business to support operational and strategic decision making
  • Provides support in defining the annual budget, forecast and monthly cost projections, including budget consolidation and reporting to FP&A
  • Comply with applicable company policies and procedures
  • Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity
  • Monthly variance analysis explanations and P&L presentation sharing with dependent departments (mainly FP&A)
  • Maintain the calculations and communication with stakeholders for the budget-driven accruals process
  • Analyze and ensure accuracy of the HR costs and BS positions
  • Prepare monthly Admin Rebill, Management fees and equivalent fees, including associated deferrals and corrections, if necessary, in accordance with Transfer Pricing rules
  • Ensure meeting deadlines and the agreed KPIs

Ad-hoc support:

  • Provide Financial analysis, reporting and calculations to support decision making in various areas
  • Assist project teams with financial guidance
  • Provide excellent customer service with the ability to build productive relationships and resolve complex issues
  • Assisting the department with other financial functions as requested by the line manager
  • Perform other tasks and projects as necessary and applicable to the FC team

Requirements

Technical skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or economics (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge in Analysis and Controlling areas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience with SAP is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years in accounting, analysis, controlling or finance roles
  • Proficient in English (C1); Dutch/French is a plus
