Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to gather detailed vacancy requirements and job profiles.
• Post openings on job boards, digital platforms, and professional networks.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured and competency-based interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and follow up throughout the selection process.
• Administer and interpret psychometric or technical assessments, as required.
• Lead offer negotiation and ensure proper documentation for hiring.
• Maintain candidate tracking and reporting through internal systems and dashboards.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives through digital content or external events.
• Represent the company in career fairs, university partnerships, and talent attraction events.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (process automation, candidate experience, analytics, etc.).
