IF YOU HAVE 
  • Exceptional Lithuanian language knowledge as well as fluency in English
  • Min 3 years of experience in similar automotive customer service or technical support role
  • A "trouble-shooter" mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships internally and externally
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for driving results and having "can do" attitude

WE TRUST YOU WILL BE ABLE TO

  • Provide technical advice and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email regarding damages, repairs, maintenance, tires, insurance cases
  • Administer and manage replacement car arrangements and special agreements
  • Oversee invoicing, crediting, and expense management for service work
  • Handle critical customer issues and discrepancies
  • Build strong relationships with repair shops and car dealers for client benefits
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service for seamless client experience
  • Negotiate service agreements and manage supplier communications
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure operational excellence and contribute to Ayvens' success
