Key responsibilities:
- As Workday Integrations Specialist you will rise to the challenge of solving complex inter-system problems and want to develop SaaS, SOA, web service expertise. As a Workday Integration specialist, you will bring your technical skills, ability to keep the business context in sight, and roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic to a team with a positive, can-do attitude, a diverse culture and a passion for helping our customers to be successful.
- Responsible for the design, development, unit testing of integrations within Workday or Middleware liaising with HR or IT stakeholders for functional requirements gathering
- Support for the end to end testing and UAT testing of integrations within Workday or Middleware or bank institutions with external vendors
- Solve related defects
- Close cooperation with other technical teams (other corporate IT systems) and functional teams (HRIS, HR SMEs, external 3rd parties, Workday, SG)
- Responsible for designing the integration between Workday and all connections
- Owns integration design documentation and ensures quality and compliance with documentation guidelines
- System configuration based on functional requirements;
- Performance testing
- Creating technical and operational documentation;
- Identifying strategies, alternatives, approaches, risks, and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
- Assisting in testing and resolving issues
- Support the UAT testing of integrations within Workday with external vendors.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Solid knowledge of and experience with Workday navigation and Workday tools environment
- Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects using SOA tools (SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Fusion, Workday Studio or other middleware platform)
- HR administrator experience with business application ( >500 users)
- Workday Studio (ideally certified)
- Workday integrations (ideally certified)
- HR IS experience ideally with 3+ years implementation experience
- English proficient level
- At least 2 years’ experience in a consulting environment
- Excellent client communications skills
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements to determine configuration requirements
- Propose solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives
- Ability to apply strong business skills and methodologies to interpret data, business processes and deliver solutions to clients.
- Eligible to travel and work across Europe in a short notice
- Confident and an innovative thinker and are not satisfied with "checking the box"
- English (fluent, verbally and written), second language (preferably French / German) desirable
