Rental Advisor

Your Responsibilities?

As a Car Rental Operator, you are responsible for the Car Rental department at our work location in Asse. You report to the Car Rental Manager and take care of the short-term (1 day to 1 year) rental of a vehicle to our customers. Your tasks are varied and challenging:

• Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the daily operational functioning of the department in which the optimisation of the occupancy rate of our fleet is central.
• You manage the complete administration of your files and ensure that all steps from ordering the car to delivery, invoicing and collection are handled correctly and on time.
• In order to steer this in the right direction, you are in frequent telephone contact with our customers (drivers, fleet managers, internal services, etc.).

Who are we looking for?

• You have a higher education in the direction of administration.
• You have at least 2 years' work experience in a similar position.
• You like administration and you communicate easily by e-mail or telephone.
• You are proactive, organised and manage your priorities.
• You are customer-oriented, patient and stress-resistant.
• You have a very good knowledge of NL, FR and EN, both spoken and written.
