Improve Ayvens’ remarketing risks & controls framework and spread the culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the group.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and steer the governance with our main stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, DPO, LOD1, LOD2, LOD3, Business Excellence)

  • Drafting and maintaining internal policies relating to Remarketing activity

  • Being delegated owner of the CN1 remarketing referential for the Group

  • Supporting subsidiaries in case of audit

  • Maintaining TUV certification

  • Updating the operational risks cartography

  • Participating in the continuous improvement of our business processes with our subsidiaries, in particular by monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations and the results of CN1 audits.

Requirements:

  • Strong writing skills (group policies and guidelines)

  • Global knowledge of risks & controls framework

  • Deep knowledge of process optimisation and/or lean management methodologies

  • Collective intelligence workshops facilitation

  • Sense of relationship

  • KPI-oriented and analytical mind

  • Experience in Project management (process improvement)

  • Experience in entities and/or in compliance/audit/operational risks is a plus

  • Experience with international coordination, either within an international group between HQ and subsidiaries or within a network of players

  • Business School, Master’s Degree

  • English ++
