About the L2C

Within Risk and Compliance department of Ayvens, Level 2 control (L2C) has for main mission to assess, in an independent way, risk & compliance activities system of Ayvens, through level 2 of permanent control.

The purpose of those controls is to check the performance and efficiency of the first level of permanent controls.

The L2C team is composed of 22 dynamic and dedicated members located in various countries, each bringing specific expertise in reviewing internal controls to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Level 2 control review cycles and assist in the testing and evaluation of internal controls to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Prepare review reports & executive summaries (preparation, execution, reporting) on an international scope.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of concern.
  • Assist in tracking the implementation of action plans resulting from L2C review findings.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
