Objective of the role (why)
As a Data Analyst you will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights to inform and support marketing decisions. You need to translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing and sales teams. You will collaborate closely with paid media, product management, engineering and design teams to analyse user behaviour, assess product & campaign performance and help guide the most effective lead generation strategy. Your will need to leverage data to improve the lead generation campaigns, identify new business opportunities, optimize product & campaign features and drive overall business success.
Areas of responsibility (what)
Analyse and translate data into insights: Understands user behaviour, campaign performance, identifies trends and generates actionable insights that guide marketing and commercial decisions.
Define, monitor and track KPI’s: For lead generations campaigns and our commercial platforms ensuring the lifetime value and identify improvements.
Create dashboards and reports to visualize campaign performance for stakeholders.
Integrate data from multiple sources, including Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM, and internal databases.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across CRM, marketing automation and analytic tools.
Develop predictive analytics and attribution modelling to improve targeting and budget allocation.
Runs A/B tests: Designs, implements and analyses A/B test and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes.
Works independently on assigned (and self-assigned) tasks and takes a
leading role in their area.
Stakeholder management: works with different stakeholders like data engineering, product owners, direct retail director, paid media team & CMO.

Job requirements (who)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or any related field.
- 3 – 5 years of work experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a related role within a technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking implementations.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and tools (e.g. Google Optimize)
- Knowledge of attribution models and marketing mix modelling (MMM).
- Experience with big data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure).
- Experience with server-side tracking and privacy-first data collection.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Translating complex data into actionable insights for marketing and sales teams.
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to break down complex questions into actionable analysis.
