Your responsibilities

The Mobility Business Partner (implant) serves as the primary on-site point of contact (SPOC) for their dedicated client, with a key focus on elevating the customer and driver experience to the highest level.

This role involves direct interaction with stakeholders and drivers, playing a crucial part in supporting the business of the client, the mobility of the drivers, and the strategy of Ayvens in building long-lasting relationship with our clients.

Essential Responsibilities

This role demands a blend of direct interaction, operational efficiency, customer service, and proactive commercial engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Direct Interaction & Customer Support: Serving as the first point of contact for the client, directly addressing and resolving operational inquiries from both drivers and fleet managers.
  • Fleet Management Execution: Accurately and promptly performing various fleet management tasks, such as data management, contract administration, and reporting.
  • Advisory Role: Providing expert advice and developing proposals to enhance operational fleet management.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive Communication & Analysis: Proactively communicating fleet performance and providing in-depth analysis regarding fleet efficiency, identifying opportunities for upselling services.
  • Account Manager Collaboration: Working proactively with the Account Manager to optimize tactical customer relationships.

Education and Experience

  • Commercial Experience: Prior commercial experience, preferably within a services company, where commercial contacts, problem-solving, quality of service, and accuracy were key.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to have in-depth discussions with high-level stakeholders.
  • Presentation Skills: Demonstrated ability to create and deliver high-impact presentations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of Salesforce and Excel.
  • Languages: Fluency in Dutch (NL), French (FR), and English (ENGL) is required.
