Your responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a portfolio of partners. You will manage the national sales network of a major car brand.
  • You'll maintain regular contacts with concessionaires.
  • You will promote long-term rentals to our network of dealers and build long-term partnerships. In this way, you try to convince them of the benefits of long-term leasing.
  • It is up to you to train, coach and follow up the fleet salespeople in this so that it helps them in their sales approach regarding our products. You will also accompany these salespeople to the end customer if necessary.

Finally, you are a sparring partner for the Team Leader Partnerships Dealer Network and, together with him/her, you know how to take the department to the next level. You do this based on the needs of our partners. With us, you get the space to put your ideas into practice yourself.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree or are equivalent through experience.
  • You are commercially minded and have strong thinking and reasoning skills. You’re able to negotiate contract terms at a high level and to think strategically about the various forms of financing.
  • You’re flexible towards your clients and events.
  • You are creative, ambitious, and have the drive to develop yourself but also others in your working environment.
  • You are persuasive and work equally well independently and in a team.
  • You are open to change and have an innovative mindset.
  • You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Already trained or experienced within fleet sales? That is a plus! A passion for cars? That is a must!
