At Ayvens HQ level, the Central LOD1 KYC team’s objective is to implement and oversee the KYC framework of Ayvens and to support the business and entities in meeting their KYC requirements in an efficient and cost effective way.

As a part of this central team, a team located in Ayvens Service Center is contributing with a range of services: project and support (KYC process expertise), quality assurance and KYC production for Ayvens SA.

Responsibilities:

Within this team, the Senior Team Lead has the responsibility of overseeing the KYC extended team in ASC under direct report of the Head of LOD1 KYC of Ayvens SA and will be in charge of different transversal topics as part of the KYC Target Operating Model and roadmap of Ayvens.

As part of this assignment, the Senior Team Lead will:

  • Manage locally the extended team (staffing, objectives, evaluations,…) and bring support to the team in coordination with the Head of LOD1 KYC

  • Contribute to improve and implement the Ayvens KYC Target Operating Model

  • Take in charge transversal tasks such as ones relating to entities supervision or project management on KYC topics

  • Contribute to the global steering of LOD1 KYC (contribution to the governance and various committees)

  • Manage operational risks/permanent supervision;

  • Act as an ambassador of flexibility and open-mindedness, perpetuate the autonomy of team members, ensure clear and transparent communication at team level;

  • Consolidate a relationship of trust and effective collaboration, organize / moderate / coordinate operational meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of KYC is required;

  • Experience in project management is a plus, at least working in a transformation environment;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence a various range and level of stakeholders (sales, compliance, IT);

  • Capacity to evolve in a complex environment;

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams;

  • Continuous improvement mindset;

  • Motivation for solving complex problems and strongly results oriented;

  • Good organization and planning skills ;
