Ayvens Hellas is looking for a talented Accounting-Billing Administrator to join in our Financial Team. The Accounting Administrator will help the Accounting Department to run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions. Responsibilities:

  • Creating and sending invoices to clients based on sales or services rendered

  • Regularly reconciling accounts to ensure that all payments are accounted for, and discrepancies are resolved

  • Maintaining accurate records of all invoices and communicate with clients

  • Generating reports related to invoicing, such as aging reports, revenue reports, Mydata

  • Ensuring that invoicing practices comply with relevant regulations and company policies

  • Utilizing invoicing and accounting software to streamline processes and improve efficiency

  • Working with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure accurate billing practices

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field

  • Working experience at similar position at least 2-4 years

  • Very good command of English - verbal and written

  • Digital literacy and tech savviness 

  • Critical thinking

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer and results oriented

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Organizational skills and problem solving capabilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
