Data Governance Specialist

At Ayvens Digital & IT we have an opening for a Data Governance Specialist.

As our new Data Governance Specialist you will be supporting the deployment of the Data Governance Framework across the company. Promote the Data culture and contribute to secure Ayvens compliance with regulation around Data.

We have a hybrid working environment, but you will mainly be working at our Amsterdam Office.

 
What are you going to do?

In this position you are going to be responsible for

• Organizing and deploying the training program around Data Governance and actively contribute to the Data acculturation within the company

• Support the Data Usage identification and documentation

• Ensure change management about evolution of standards and norms

• Assist Project and business in defining their needs in term of Data Governance

• Steer the evolution of Data Governance tool (Collibra)

 
Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has the interpersonal skills necessary to manage and build relationships across multiple departments and geographical locations. Collaboration, agility project management and decision making are examples of key behaviours reflecting the agile culture of Ayvens.
 

• You have 3+ years in Data organization (Data Governance, Quality, ..)

• Experience in data governance tooling (Collibra) and Power BI tooling

• Good ability to interact with many and various interlocutors, proactivity

• Good understanding of regulations ( BSBC, RDARR, ..)

• Good Analytical skills 

• Knowledge of the Data management and data life cycle

• English : Fluent written and spoken
