Product Manager, Business Reporting & Insights

At Ayvens Digital & IT we have an opening for an experienced Product Manager, Business Reporting & Insights.

As our new Product Manager, you will play a vital role in the development and execution of our digital product offerings. Reporting to the Head of Product, this position will focus on understanding end-user needs, defining product data requirements, and ensuring successful product delivery that aligns with our strategic objectives.

We have a hybrid working environment, but you will mainly be working at our Paris Office.

 
What are you going to do?
In this position you are going to be responsible for

• Being the go-to person to drive insights through our digital product portfolio in the area of Finance, Procurement, HR, Risk, Compliance and Legal.

• In close collaboration with business, product and engineering, you guide the product business reports and insights from conception to launch while maximizing its value and impact.

• Conducting market research and user feedback analysis to identify trends and opportunities to  enhancements and new features.

• In close collaboration with your counterparts in product, develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business strategy and end-user expectations.

• Write clear and detailed product reporting & insights requirements and user stories to guide the development process.

• Measure product performance metrics and KPIs to on the impact of the Product Portfolio and make informed decisions for business reporting and insight optimizations.

• Act as a product champion, using your best practices to bring product management to the next level.

• You will work in close collaboration with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, Data scientist, stewards and engineers.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• You have conceived of and launched successful products at scale with quantifiable value to large enterprise customers (8+ years in product management)

• You have experience in one or more of the following- big data, machine learning, artificial intelligence, experimentation, data analytics

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

• Effective stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
