Your role

Additionally, it is crucial to continuously monitor our Preferred Network to ensure they provide the best value for money and the highest quality to our customers. To support us in doing this, we are on the lookout for a Vehicle Operations Business Analyst to join our team!
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct supplier network analysis.
Monitor labor and spare parts costs.
Interpret KPIs and operational dashboards: conduct operational analysis, understand positive or negative trends, and focus on continuous improvement.
Transform data into insights and insights into actions.
Ensure that a supplier performance measurement process is in place to follow up on Service Level Agreements.
Prepare business review meetings with the preferred network to evaluate their performance.
Your Profile
You have a strong analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic, can-do mentality.
You are experienced with data intelligence systems such as Power BI, Cognos, etc., and statistical methods. Furthermore, you have an excellent knowledge of Excel.
You are a challenger: always striving for the best and better, with a focus on action.
Having a solid understanding of the SMR & Tyres domain is a plus.
Ability to set priorities effectively.
You are a team player without boundaries: you can work seamlessly with colleagues across different departments.
You are fluent in Dutch and/or French, with an excellent knowledge of English.
