Objective of the role (Why)

The role of Ayvens SA Accounting and Tax Manager is to ensure the production of the accounts of the parent company Ayvens SA of the Ayvens Group.

Areas of responsibilities (What)

  • Production, control & reporting of standalone accounts of Ayvens SA under French GAAP and under IFRS for Ayvens’ Group & Société Générale Reporting purpose.

  • Monthly closing and group reporting

  • Holding accounting with specific areas of attention:

    • Share in subsidiaries: follow-up of strategic projects, acquisitions & disposals, assessment of valuation, …

    • HR-related topics: management remuneration, LTI and shared-based payment, expenses, expatriates, …

    • Tax accounting: management of French fiscal unity, Tax reporting,…

    • Management fees: transfer pricing policy & various re-invoicing

    • Treasury: ALM of Ayvens SA balance sheet (cash management, long-term funding)

    • Suppliers & procurement

  • Management of a team of 4 people

  • Other topics: contribution to URD (standalone accounts), management of the auditor’s relationship, internal control (GPS)
