The Transition Manager is responsible for the execution of the transition or other related projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for an array of activities including initializing and planning projects, developing project cost structure, tracking and reporting project deliverables, managing risk, applying project management processes and tools and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction

  • Managing projects and/or transitions to migrate processes and operations from the Ayvens entities to the Ayvens Service Centers

  • Developing the over-all transition project plan and identifying dependencies of deliverables with other project teams

  • Acting as the single point of contact for the transition management

  • Ensuring the delivery teams and Center Support teams engaged in transition meet project deliverables

  • Tracking actual effort expended and time frames against baseline defined in the transition’s project schedule

  • Executing and controlling the project by managing scope, cost, and schedule

  • Leading the tracking and creation of the action plan for the identified risks, issues and gaps in the project

  • Identifying and managing change against the transition scope and budgets

Requirements:

  • Prior experience managing transitions in a changing environment with multiple systems and complex practices and processes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Excellent planning and organizing skills

  • Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization (business, SSC, BPO); previous experience in working in a financial institution is considered a plus

  • Strong analytic skills and proven success leading process initiatives and project management

  • Demonstrated ability to use or learn to a range of position-related software applications. These may include standard software packages as well as networked systems, e-mail and other types of information structures.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with management, coworkers, distributors, and outside customers.
