You will work closely with Product Leads, Owners, Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Marketing to improve product workflows, roadmap execution, and demand management. Your responsibilities will include optimizing the product development lifecycle, defining and refining processes, and ensuring efficient data-driven decision-making. You will also be responsible for enhancing product delivery, operational tooling, and cross-functional communication to support the organization’s growth.
Who are we looking for?

- Problem-Solving & Data-Driven Mindset – You are highly analytical, using data and insights to make informed decisions, solve complex challenges, and continuously enhance product operations.
Job requirements
- The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in product operations, process management, or a similar role within a product-driven organization. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Candidates should have a proven track record of optimizing product development processes, leading cross-functional initiatives, and implementing operational improvements at scale. Experience in Agile environments, roadmap planning methodologies, and data-driven decision-making is essential.
