At Ayvens Digital & IT we have an opening for a Data Platform Architect.

What are you going to do?

As a Data Platform architect you will play a critical role in designing, building and maintaining scalable and efficient data platforms that support large -scale data storage, processing and analytics. Your mission will be to ensure data integrity, security and reliability enabling the organization to make data driven decisions and drive innovation.
 

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled data platform architect who excels at building secure and efficient data solutions.

Technical expertise in data architecture & cloud solutions.

• You have deep knowledge of data modeling, governance and warehousing along with experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines using modern cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. Your expertise in distributed processing like Apache Spark, Databricks and AWS EMR ensures that data flows efficiently and securely across the organization.  
   

Problem solving & Adaptability

• You thrive in solving complex data challenges and can troubleshoot scalability, security and integration issues. You are comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and can adapt to new technologies as the data landscape continues to change.
   

Mentorship and Capability Building:

• You are not just a technical expert- you are also a strong collaborator and communicator. You can translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability align data architecture with business needs ensures seamless teamwork across different departments.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in data platform, data engineering, data platform design, and large-scale data solutions.

• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms for managing data architecture.

• Proven experience designing and deploying data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses at scale.

• Strong background in DevOps for data engineering and automation of workflows.

• Fluent in English written and spoken
